Why would Next-New-Concept,-Inc. need to raise $5M if it won a contract to build, and if just about to get started building, a 35,000 housing project that will require $130M alone in Nextboard from Xeriant (or is it from Ebenberg, LLC)?
It wouldn't.
NNC would have been paid monies to purchase materials and labor to start the Ivory Coast 35,000 unit construction project. And well beyond $5M that NNC is supposedly wanting to raise from investors at minimum $10,000 allotments.
NNC building an African 35,000 house housing project is a scam.
Xeriant selling $130M of a product it does not yet have or yet know can even be manufactured in order to be construction worthy, and certified, is a scam.
Proof otherwise at this point is required to validate Xeriant, and Next New Concept, Inc.
Both are scams working together.
It's pretty clear: Friends and Family investors have been scammed just like retail, or, Friends and Family investors are insiders in on the scam from the get go.
