a dismissed or denied appeal does not reverse a ruling and wipe the slate clean.

Where is being stated it was denied? I cannot find that.

Also whatever prior management did with the ticker was dismissed (CLOSED). What do those issues have to do with Sharp's plans now, not prior managements? Those pups are gone!

I want to know what FINRA has over GVSI now. What is the reason Sharp/GVSI will get denied on future corporate actions?
