No blaming here! Just a fact that they primarily represent brokers that take in sell orders from entities and or big investors who usually have multiple millions to sell. Not your typical MM who represents retail. Just a fact of the market place but one in which we should be aware of when buying and or selling shares in the OTC. I try to follow their action and the approximate number of shares they are selling while also trying to determine where those shares are coming from. I am very much aware of when they move on the PPS usually reflects an upward trend. This has been especially true with ENZC.
