Yeah, I am sure that when he says that Validian is still a legal corporation with legal shareholders that Bruce has to include in any asset distribution, and that any public company that buys Validian must get a fairness review that prevents Bruce from selling VP or Validian on the sly to steal from us

The only time I will believe Validian is still a legal corp and that asset distribution will happen is when the money shows up in my account. But I don't think that will eve happen. What I believe is that Validian is dead, VP never sold, and Bruce pocketed over 45 million in SG&A.
