Yep, toxic-financers been discussed for years.

AUCTUS has funded many OTCs, and like every convertible-funder they're NOT the shareholders' friend.

These guys get their shares & dump them asap securing consistent paydays throughout the year.

SEC lawsuits in these 'unregistered securities' cases have yet to produce anything meaningful for shareholders, but they're a GREAT INDICATION of shitty OTC companies that can't convince ANY legit financiers to fund them.

Why would that be?
