If they have good news they’ll share it. Honestly it won’t help the share price to just send out a bunch of shareholder updates without substance. It’s like groundhog day around here… we still just need to see a good merger. Updates on the court cases could be bullish, but mainly just because it’s possible that would be a precursor to a merger. Fingers crossed they can get something going.
