I believe that Dr. Christopher U. Missling will exercise his 500,000 share option and hold the vast majority long term for appreciation and at the same time sell enough shares to pay the related taxes.
Utter nonsensical fantasy. Missling is not going to exercise his options, shell out $800K to buy and hold the shares and in addition pay ordinary income taxes on the gain (potentially millions of dollars). There is simply no rationale for him to do that.
