I see no problem with Denner's team being awarded shares...Its when they start selling them. I get worried.

The issue isn't share allotments, the issue is having the options tied directly to sp performance. Give them 100 million shares, hell, double the float to 800 million shares, but over $20 and I don't give a brown poo poo what amount is given them.
