Essentially, yes. I am going to keep my thoughts to myself. But I bet many here will be selling on the move north. So, lenders will have to move this extra rough, otherwise, bringing this stock down here to convert back where they did initially, would make no sense monetarily. Only make sense when you want to run a stock and sell much higher.

Is the general feeling here that even if we don’t have clinical trial approval news, Jim will provide something pumpy in order for funding group to make their cut?

Generally funding-groups are provided shares at marked discounts. They typically convert and immediately sell at-market.

Immediate profits of x% is easy money. It's sure money. And its repeated across many companies throughout the year.

OTC-funders rarely if ever "hold shares" to sell into runups. They know who they're funding, and they know that's a super low-percentage play.
