Companies have no legal obligations to file financials, but they are REQUIRED to register in jurisdictions in order to transact business.

Plus, if the company was sued in Illinois it couldn’t even defend itself in court.

It doesn't matter to OTC investors. APRU is more legitimate than 95% of what's out there given they have real products and sales figures. No one cares about late fins.
