The YIELD sign is the nothing compared to……

being a REVOKED foreign entity in Illinois.

Companies have no legal obligations to file financials, but they are REQUIRED to register in jurisdictions in order to transact business.

Plus, if the company was sued in Illinois it couldn’t even defend itself in court.
