If you are a penny long and already have a ten bagger and thinking of taking money off the table
If you are a long who was upset of missing selling some at 20$ on the run up and are concerned we will drop again from here
if you are a new long just in the last month you have doubled your money and usually in any market that is beyond a steal
If you are trader and itching to pull the trigger to trade some and make a few bucks here and there
