I really think we should stop hinting and speculating about the mysterious $3M. What ever it is for is not going to be an order of magnitude or much more in value than the $3M itself. The $3 M is chump change in the large scheme of things, and not a handle for say something $3B in value or more. Sure it could be a down payment for say $10M to $20M or even $30M in shares or some such, but it will not be a very big deal or game changing and worthy of all the speculation it has engendered. It is most likely some run of the mill keep-the-lights-on financing whose details weren't settled in time.
