I only believe trillion dollars is possible in one, or two scenarios, but I'd like to hear what you're thoughts would be on these scenarios.
Scenario one: DCVax-L is approved and goes on to trials and anecdotal use in other solid cancers, and is deemed worthy of label expansion which makes it part of the SOC for all operable solid cancers.
Scenario two: DCVax-L is approved and found effective in limited other solid cancers. DCVax-Direct is approved and determined to be part of the SOC for all inoperative cancers.
Of course there are scenarios where they could be even bigger, DCVax-Direct may also be determined to be SOC as pretreatment prior to surgery for all solid tumors, but I won't ask what you think about that.
I'm not saying all these things will happen, just that they could happen. If they did, and if NWBO remained independently trading, where would it's market cap be.
By the way, I think your market cap estimate could be right on the money if all the company gains approval on is treating brain cancers worldwide.
