Or more accurately, some Russian is spoken in the area. Some Spanish is spoken in San Antonio and San Diego. Those areas were once owned by Mexico. Should we cede them to Mexico?

bull- they speak both Russian and Ukranian and Ukraine had them forced onto them into the region under the USSR AND I've spoken face to face with a number of them recently
because they came here looking for opportunity, some as early as 2018

and not a single Russian Ukranian approved of Putin and what's happening........not one
what was surprising was how positive some were about Zelensky
but said the rest of the gov't was corrupt and the one Zelensky replaced
was horribly corrupt so much so that their expression alone said
what they were saying.
