FKA - $bioaq Sorry, his post was factually accurate, there was nothing misleading about it. Whether a company is "declared" bankrupt or not, the outcome of a liquidation is insolvency. I'm not sure what version of insolvency does not equal bankruptcy in fantasy land but the former "BioAmber" is factually insolvent.
