Nope. G5’s offer was for all 3 lots of assets, not just the IP. Sorry.
It helps to read those court records from the CCAA and bankruptcy proceedings. Highly recommended, great read for the first time ever.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
