SEC DOEnforcement CONSPIRACY & CORRUPTION was reveled by the Inspector General and third party forensic investigators! Department of Enforcement spying on or covertly obtaining Judiciary emails seems pretty corrupt to me!
There was nothing "covert" or "corrupt" about it, and the SEC did not say there was. It was, as the Statement explains, a software programming problem. The Commission also says that no Enforcement attorneys accessed the information that had accidentally become available to them.
IT WAS ALL CLEAR. THE WAY THEY HANDLED THE $DBMM OIP. I KNEW THAT FROM THE WAY THEY WERE ISSUING ORDERS and THE WAY THESIS WERE POSTED ON $DBMM OIP ON THE SOCIAL MEDIA. WAS AN EASY CATCH.
It is quite apparent the SEC needs to be cleaned up ASAP. Stealing information from another agency is a crime. What if that information was shared with a third party outside the agency? My guess is the action is a crime, but the information obtained about DBMM may not be damaging, possibly just general information.
