Now Gensler and the SEC have gone from being the "bad guys" to someone that knows what they are doing!
This is a very big deal and a Gensler initiative. There will be ramifications and consequences .
Darn right there will be consequences! The ruling from the SEC is something that they will have to live with. Watch and see.
I'll bet that from here on out, many companies that get collared by the SEC for delinquent filings will quickly point to this proceeding dismissal as a "get out of jail free" card. They will use it as the perfect excuse to avoid suspension of revocation. And because that will surely happen, the SEC will regret this decision.
What is "astonishing " is that people cannot see that.
