If Erhe didn’t have a valid case against the SEC that they clearly documented showing that the gag orders the judges ordered in the Kosmos litigation prevented them from filing with the SEC it would have been a SLAM DUNK for the SEC to Revoke Erhe years ago. The SEC knew they couldn’t win so they had the case dismissed. ANOTHER HUGE VICTORY for Erhe
