Like I said, not the SEC, Kingpin, but the SEC DIVISION did not follow the SEC's instructions to get the ERHC-revocation-train rolling again... for a reason. ERHC came up with a very valid defense. The SEC DIVISION had no clue how to counter that defense... they were even afraid to give it a try with the SEC...

But for the ERHC shorters it does not mean one iota of difference.
