No. It isn't really a "victory". The SEC had some problems of their own. DBMM and 27 other issuers got caught up in them. It's taken years for the agency to get it all straightened out. But nothing DBMM said or did played a role in that.

Just as no role was played by Nekkid Shorty, Alpine Securities, or the Kramer brothers.
