There is a good reason why management got their trusts put into place.

This however, I am 1000% on-board with. Why do it now? We know why and this isnt hard to figure out regardless of what others on this board think.

That $11-13 SP happened when total share count was around 85-100 M . Same SP then and now means roughly 15 times delta in market cap . You are comparing apples to oranges .
