No official announcement, no subsequent-events in latest quarterly...

According to OTC Markets, Mr Meihua XU has been removed as a Director of ACCR and his name has been reported and taken off the ACCR profile page. I am still getting past due bills for the Registered Agent for ACCR. This is very consistent with the March Sunbiz.org filing too.

Its almost amazing OTCM continues listing this shell.

Oh well, maybe something interesting will happen w/ racks...
