According to OTC Markets, Mr Meihua XU has been removed as a Director of ACCR and his name has been reported and taken off the ACCR profile page. I am still getting past due bills for the Registered Agent for ACCR. Why am I still getting these old past due bills? I gave him express written permission to get all of these logins and bills out of my name. Back to Mr. XU being removed as Director on the OTC Markets websites well, this is very consistent with the March Sunbiz.org filing too.

I’m still a large restricted Shareholder of this Company in the 5-10% range. I also double checked, and for some reason I still have access to the DTCC logins and don’t know why they are still in my name.
