What is the straight forward solution that you mention? How does that solution prevent plastics from being dumped in the ocean?

I mean we're getting too far in the weeds. They havent even addressed that a lot of the recyclables cant be recycled because they're dirty and can't be sanitized appropriately lol. This is why China was burning it to start with.

The whole block chain tracker doesnt even do anything when it is already well known that it doesnt get recycled.
