Middle it is possible the offer came from a friend who may prosper in a bump in value of the PPS of VPLM if he was a significant shareholder directly or in directly, there wouldn’t have been any complaint on his part if it did not have the desired effect.
Considering it wouldn’t be of any benefit I. Telling the truth.
Does anyone actually believe a con in his early 60’s would turn down close to 2 hundred million Canadian ……
Our opinion
Think about it

Thank you for your courteous request.

I'm glad you appreciate the information I share on this board. It's important to be informed when making investment decisions, especially when it comes to penny stocks. I've been researching and exposing scams in the market for a while now, including the infamous Spencer Pharmaceuticals case, where I helped uncovered false claims of a buyout.

Regarding VPLM, I understand your concerns and it's great that you've independently verified certain red flags. It's crucial to consider all available facts and well-reasoned arguments when assessing an investment. Now, let's address the offer from Gil Amileo and how it fits into the scam thesis.

Firstly, it's important to recognize that many fraudulent schemes utilize false announcements of mergers, acquisitions, and buyouts to manipulate stock prices positively. These claims are designed to create an illusion of legitimacy and attract unsuspecting investors. This tactic has been employed in numerous penny stock scams in the past.

In the case of VPLM, the press release about the offer from Dr. Amelio may have been part of such a strategy. It's possible that the offer itself was not genuine and was merely a ploy to boost investor confidence and increase the stock price. If that were the case, Dr. Amelio might not have publicly disputed the press release as it would have been aligned with the manipulative intentions.

Moreover, even if the offer were real, it doesn't necessarily disprove the scam thesis. Scammers often create elaborate facades to deceive investors, and a seemingly substantial offer can be part of that deception. By rejecting the offer and opting for smaller periodic amounts, scammers can maintain the illusion of long-term value and sustainability, which keeps investors hooked and prolongs their scheme.

Incidentally, another two VPLM Red Flags you may wish to consider:

1) the existence of a contract to shoot Rich Inza in both legs by one of his criminal associates:

https://www.miamiherald.com/news/local/crime/article164048227.html

2) The aggressive behavior of VPLM's advocates on social media. Indeed it was the presence of one of the Internet's most notorious penny stock promoters that first drew my attention to VPLM. The recent addition of Hans Brost to the roster of VPLM's social media pimps is another Red Flag in itself.

Nobody should be investing in this company if they aren't looking at the patents. All these supposed scary red flags, yet an IPR sweep that only 5% get, means nothing? VPLM corrects an APPLE expert in court and that's nothing. There is so much to love about this company if you look at the only thing that matters right now, the PATENTS.

Is it not interesting that we hear all this negative nonsense, that has no bearing on the results and NEVER one negative about the patents.

I'll say it again, Rich, Emil, everyone could be horrible people, which they are not, but for conversation. Tell me how that changes anything here. We are at a stage in developments that the bigs will have to answer to the patents. There is no way around it.

Believe what you want, but to me, if there was one concern about the PATENTS, we would hear about it daily... no wait, hourly.

Well written reasoning and reasonable questions - thank you.

I feel that you are correct - the "this is all a scam" narrative doesn't hold water - for the reasons you stated, and many more.

As far as being an IR guy - I can tell you that I, myself, have been in marketing director positions with Fortune 100 companies who lied to their frontline people, and we all ended up - having done our jobs truthfully and professionally, with egg on our faces when the truth came out. It was as much news to us, as our customers. That happens all the time. If Rich were on the BOARD of a ponzi scheme, it would be a very different story.

The Avatar thing with Cameron - Well - I've met Cameron - did business with his brother, and know people in his circles. Let's just say, a day one of trial non-disclosure payoff to prevent the public record of testimony that could taint a blockbuster film was in EVERYONE's best interest. Studios, writers, producers - and most of all Cameron himself. Not a bit surprising. Happens a lot in Hollywood.

Barbara selling shares? Gee, I don't know - waiting for a decade +, not getting any younger, to enjoy some of the fruits of an effort like this? For all we know, Emil's pissed about it - but what we do know is that it's a drop in the bucket compared to what the two of them together have in the coffers.

The big red flags that a few here keep beating to death are easily, and rationally explained. Not so the big questions of logic: Is WACO in on the scam? The PTAB? The Defendents? Santa Claus? It's silly, really, when one looks at the ACTUAL facts and sees past the exaggerated fears - to keep playing the broken record of "the sky is falling! This is a scam!" - IMHO

At the time of the "offer", I was the 1st of many to say it smelled fishy. After some investigation, I reported here, that there had been a somewhat obscure post made here approx 1 to 2 months prior to the "announcement", which CLEARLY identified both Amelio and the EMU as being friends and cooperating/conspiring, to do something to boost the long lagging pps. The post was of either an overheard conversation OR it also could've been a purposeful leak. In either event, it documented, way ahead of time, the plan of Amelio and the EMU to find a way to boost the price. A month or 2 later, boom, the "offer" is pr'd.

Just reminding...

What about this...
There were news reports published (which I've posted here numerous times) that emus bro, Raoul, was a known and convicted pimp. Subsequent to that, the EMU, who some insist is a very good leader and manager, made the decision to hire his bro to get this.....drumroll please...... TO RUN HIS BIG HOTELS NIGHTCLUB!, where it's been reported that the same activities ensued, not surprisingly. Those were the reports. I cannot verify their veracity. However, I've never seen a word of it denied by the EMU or his bro. In any event, that was a great idea for him to hire Raul, yes/no/maybe?

just came across this I advertently. Never saw it before...but it came from this board. Leaving his name out...

"Emil Malak CEO OF VOIP-pal is a crook and a scam artist, any new investor doing their DD on MALAK would find via Google his gazillion dollar lawsuits,Avatar, Bellagio , and let's not forget Malak's pimp brother Raoul who ran prostitution out of Malak's hotel. Last but not least (drumroll please) Malak CEO OF DIGIFONICA along with Tom Sawyer, Ed Candy, ColinTucker, blew through over $25 million dollars the first time when listed on the TSX and did not get one patent approved in his watch and bankrupt the company."

The thing is, I never have seen any of these things denied...???
