Anyone buying Amarin gets a mid teens cut of China revs. End of story. That's the deal. Unless that buyer buys Eddingpharm too. Otherwise they have no say in what Edding does in China. How they sell, how they market, how fast they get reimbursement approval... what dont you get? Amarin sold their rights to China to Edding for a cut of the profits.
