You may recall, we lost Pink Current status prior to the recent delinquencies.
In other words, we lost Pink Current status even though financials and attorney letters were up to date at the time.
It is not clear why. Theories included the corporate status in MD, the corporate address change (if true), and the question of whether or not the attorney letter was sufficient.
I go with the latter. You see, the letter is supposed to verify all of the filings prior to it's submission, the quarterlies and the annual. Our letter only certifies the annual reports. I may be mistaken, but I believe that it is supposed to specifically call out all of the submitted financial reports.
