BAM! YES "Except there was extenuating circumstances. The loan shark recommended an auditor that he wholly owned then shorted the shares and directed the auditor to not complete the audits. This is collusion and conflict of interest and is why DBMM won in court per the court documents. The auditor should have been sued too."
