12bee's, I wouldn't agree either if they were a major advertiser. Then again if some true Journalism were being portrayed Forbes would read the case filings and ascertain what is going on.
What should be interesting is watching to see if Nokia tries to discredit the Goodman and Myers report outling who has what essential patents. I wonder why they did not include that in their pleading and prayers for relief.
