That’s a great post! Really great!! You’re so right; “[b]It’s obvious ‘The Guy’ knows how to make money”!! Correctomundo!!! McAlister has a lengthy, successful Track Record in Jacksonville over the past decade. He’s been working awfully hard for a long time, now he’s about to tackle The Big League!!!
We still don’t know what he’s up to yet. A long time ago, I thought it wasn’t going to be real estate. Then it looked like it was going to be real estate. They even said it was in their OTC MARKETS description. But now Hokie thinks it may NOT be real estate, because if it was, Scott wouldn’t be buying all these properties on his own, individually. That all makes sense to me. Hokie’s had a lot of good posts lately. Maybe Scott is lining this up for some kind of reverse merger like Hokie now thinks…and like I thought many months ago.
Whatever the case, if it’s real estate, it will be a success. If it’s not, let’s hope it’s some monster reverse merger of some sort. Scott is a winner and the share structure of $CSUI is simply beautiful. And no dilution whatsoever for over a year. Something is cooking, and hopefully in June, we find out exactly what that is!!!
Scott seems to have the Midas Touch, it looks like he’s been very successful with everything he’s done in Jacksonville to date. I don’t expect anything less from $CSUI. He’s here to make money, and he’s got a beautiful ticker to work with. It’s just a matter of time until he lets the cat out of the bag.
