I don't think it's VDH anymore, could be another entity, see my sticky post. I think he's prepped this shell for a merger. He's out purchasing properties almost every other week now, my guess we would have seen filings on asset purchases or use of shares for these properties or even a PR to get the PPS up.

I think we get an 8K soon.
