Is it possible to Investigate MM's Tactics with the SEC. It is just hard to believe BIEL is trading this low. Could the way the MM's are setting PPS be illegal??

The VWAP, volume weighted average price, was 0.000375 today.

So, it was closer to 4 than 3 I guess you could say, but in the end, it was lower than 4. I'll admit, there isn't much room for it to go down, but the price does seem to be going down.

Seriously, this is getting hysterical. All this attention on BUYS/SELLS when the stock price is .0003 and .0004. Isn't THAT stock price bad enough without trying to make anything about that trading price as a positive. We have cheerleading when it moves up from a dismal and laughable .0003? REALLY? BUYS/SELLS - who cares, the stock is trading at POINT TRIPLE ZERO THREE. Unbelievable!!
