Mr. Folse was against 7 Plan, he knew that Judge is signing on a potential fraud and tried to bring it up. But judge signed -

I believe Mr. Folse fear came true, why would he otherwise raise objection.

Fraud is committed, and mostly future is a pipe dream.
Now just speculation as Folse mentioned, no fact of any statement from anyone here on the borad.
