That is 8.6 Million bucks raised at just 5 cents a share. Where did that money go??
It is definitely not showing up in their coffers according to the 2022 annual or Q1 statements.

BS, The 900 million has to do with the SAGA and stopping some one from an unfriendly takeover. And maybe some spending money in the meantime. Such drama and conspiracy just to get a couple cheap shares

Makes sense. It'd be logical for them to take advantage of the recent buy pressure to unload shares, if they chose to dilute.

Since April 19th a total of over 158 million shares have become unrestricted. My bet is that Savov (71 million) is about done as witnessed by the aggressive selling by OTCN the last 2 weeks. INTL may be the broker that represents the other seller and at today's rate it will take a while. Big news could change the buying rate but If it is some entity other than ENZC it may delay any news from Charles. I would think that if ENZC needed more funds they would wait until the SPAC deal is announced and the PPS much higher.
