Because the bid is a laughable .0003, the lowest this has traded in its history. So all trades at .0004 are now considered BUYS. When the BID goes down to .0002 and the ASK goes down to .0003, then all trades at the ASK of .0003 will be BUYS. C'MON, there is nothing good about a BUY at .0004, for the stockholders. Ask any if they are happy of this situation.
