What is this news about? In regard to naked shorting, been going on year long as you described. For an example, last Friday they had a block 10k at .105 but shares were being bought over 100k throughout the day at .105 but the stock didn't move at all. Naked shorting at its best.

To increase the performance of PCMs in HPWHs, novel heat transfer capsules were designed to accommodate high thermal energy storage with low conductivity. This allowed the nontoxic PCM to be deployed in the Alpha and Beta experimental prototypes. In the Alpha design, the capsules were placed inside a secondary tank with a nominal volume of 22.7 L downstream of the 189.3 L HPWH. In the Beta design, the PCM capsules were placed directly inside the 189.3 L HPWH. When constructing the Alpha capsules, the density of the capsule was targeted to float in 48.9 °C water and be neutrally buoyant at 46.1 °C. The Beta capsules were also targeted to float and sink at a similar temperature.

In this work, two prototypes were constructed and tested in UEF and FHR tests. This task is accomplished in two ways, 1) the PCM releases heat near the temperature of user demand, and 2) the water temperature can be increased to above the standard temperature such that the PCM will convert this higher temperature water into latent energy storage near the demand temperature. Additionally, PCMs themselves have interesting thermal storage and heat transfer capabilities. The experimental results indicate that the Alpha design significantly increases the FHR compared to the baseline unit without the additional tank or PCM by 27.7%, and the Beta design increases the UEF by 5.5% when compared to a baseline unit without PCM. These improvements in delivering hot water are not trivial and show great promise towards new technologies in this area that include PCMs such as TES.
