I must admit the short term rally is strong, and there are multiple reasons for this:

1. The AI tech rally. The numbers reported by Nvidia shocked the analysts who had never seen such a positive miss before like that. AND - importantly - despite BARD AI's obvious shortcomings, there are companies reporting REAL productivity gains, and some are shocking:
From 9 weeks to a few days! This puts AI NOW in a new light - equal to or greater than the internet itself for catapulting the economy into a much higher gear of production. See the article here: https://finance.yahoo.com/news/software-company-ceo-says-using-112009294.html

As such this rally is very strong so far and may well continue for a while - at least a few more weeks, and Lightwave - absent any negative news - always follows the market but with an amplified move..So if we Nasdaq goes up 10% more, we could see another 50% from Lightwave.

2. Commercialization announcement. Despite the lack of detail, this has gotten the attention of not only longs who have waited for 13 years for this announcement, but also of those on the sidelines who have been watching. And it has gotten the attention of newbies who simply look for pre-development companies going commercial. The volume confirms all of this. The tide has turned positive.

3. Lightwave's AI-data center solution. The NVIDIA news has shone a bright light on data centers role in moving not only AI but all technology forward. All companies that supply solutions to data centers are likely to benefit going forward with higher premiums than before. And as more people dig into what Lightwave offers, the result is likely to be a whole new group of newcomers, including some big ones.

4. A mixture of a number of other positive catalysts
: KCC - one of the hardest digger here reported that a US foundry executive said they WILL be using polymer modulators. This is huge for further solidifying the grip on shares of longs. The chart - finally getting into new mid-term territory - for some is flashing green. The hiring of the 11 employees this last year was a shocking new revelation that suggests the company really is preparing for an expansion.

I still have plenty of long-term concerns but as far as the short term goes, it appears we are heading into a new trading range .
