I don't believe you can make this deduction from that chart because a large percentage of shares were held all the way through. I think most of the volume below $10-$12 was just churning of shorted and NSS volume.

I think most of the shareholders maintained their holdings all the way through.

This would lead one to think that we are now in the range where most of the shareholders are in the green and therefore are more likely to maintain their holdings.
