There was a hearing Friday afternoon for the Motion for Preliminary Injunction. That was DENIED. The court has directed council proceed with filing Plaintiff's request for court judgment.

The Court CONFIRMS the tentative ruling as follows:
Plaintiff RB Capital Partners, Inc.'s motion for a temporary restraining order (ROA # 8) is denied. A review of the Court's Register of Actions shows default has been entered against both Defendants in this action. (ROA # 18, 21.) The Court directs counsel to promptly proceed with filing Plaintiff's request for court judgment.
