Basically Roger didn't show up and he won the lawsuit. Need to wait for the details of the judgment ruling, but this is EXCELLENT news ??

He also stated the court documents are probably online by now, but I am unsure where to find those-if anyone else knows where to look besides the "Register of actions" which hasn't updated? Perhaps 3 day weekend will cause delay...
