Enzolytics wants to inform its shareholders that the ownership of the Company's patented technology is held exclusively in the name of The Zhabilov Trust, with Diana Zhabilov serving as the trustee of the trust. This ownership is verified by a review of the records filed with the USPTO and shown on the USPTO web site www.uspto.gov. Virogentics, a subsidiary of Enzolytics, is the exclusive licensee for ITV-1 and the exclusive licensee in the U.S. and most world countries of IPF Immune. Claims made by any other company or individual is false.

Sorry Bonnie, but this section of the last Quarterly Report lists all entities owned by Enzolytics, Inc. and the Trust is not listed. So, it's not owned by ENZC. ENZC does own BioClonetics, which is a corporation, so your scenario works for the BioClonetics assets, but not for the Z Trust. IMO, everything I've read indicates that Harry and Diana are the grantors of the Trust assets', which are controlled by the trustee for the benefit of the beneficiaries, and the trust has granted ENZC exclusive license (rights) for the use of the patents. So, the Trust owns the patents and ENZC owns the exclusive rights to use them. JMHO....the conversation about "ownership" comes down to "control" and that belongs to ENZC...as long as it meets the terms of the license agreement, which I've not seen.
