Yes. It's possible. I've thought that is the most likely scenario ever since seeing the word "value" in the deal. Then maybe ENZC dividends the shares out to ENZC shareholders. Or holds them. The money SAGA raises through later SAGA stock sales would be used to finance the R&D, etc. for BGEN and VIRO. Other scenarios are also possible. JMHO.

Have been wondering same. This distinction as to exactly who gets the Shares, and how, and/or equity was not made clear in the PR's.
