Did I say that they did? No, as usual!

What I did say is that if there are too many shares outstanding... IT IS THE TA'S JOB TO KNOW (AND REPORT) THAT!

The TA is, however, always involved in the sale of unregistered shares!

If Kramer did sell unregistered shares of DBMM a decade ago... the TA was the one that removed the restriction and allowed the shares to be sold!

NSS in DBMM is a fairy tale! Shareholders know... and I am one of them!
