Maybe no one knows FOR CERTAIN... but the rules are pretty clear!

And common sense should have a role in figuring things out!

Allowing a stock months of trading well below a penny, and then letting them pop it over a penny for a day or two to qualify... well... let's just say that "story" doesn't sound very likely!
