PMGM -16% today—no PR or 8-K yet, but I presume the selloff is related to today’s (scheduled) shareholder vote for the SPAC merger with Aeon Biopharma, the former parent company of EOLS who wants to commercialize Daewoong’s botulinum toxin in the US for therapeutic indications (#msg-171980196).
This SPAC merger was announced in Dec 2022 (#msg-170687120), but the deadline for closing the deal was extended (#msg-171190548), and the shareholders’ meeting to vote on the merger was adjourned twice in the past week due to insufficient votes.
A PR and/or 8-K filing will presumably issue soon.
