It's either a CYA statement that allows legal wiggle room if supply is cut, but they really don't expect this to happen (1-15% probability). Or the company is making mention of, but deliberately downplaying the issue, because internally they believe it is probable or even likely to happen (40% & up) and need time to somehow fix it .
I lean former because I believe they are aware of how wonky this could potentially get in a place like Korea, but I think they also believe it probably won't
