Anyone can find negatives. Anyone can find positives. It’s the one who weighs and evaluates both and risk that do well.
I had another company I had great positive DD on but disregarded the negative (broke the golden rule and fell in love with it). I also thought the negative was a positive- management had no experience in public market. Ended up being killed. Lost my shirt but going to get a new wardrobe with $XCRT imho
