Looking at Oncovir's website they appear to be a small private company. It's difficult to say if the employees all own a position in the company, or if ownership is limited to a very few. A question that might say how easy, or difficult the acquisition of them might be, with NWBO gaining approvals, would most or all of the people working at Oncovir be integrated into the employment at NWBO.
If in fact NWBO had positions for all, or at least all the key people at Oncovir I believe that the possibility of acquiring them at a rather low cost might be very possible. I do believe that NWBO will be expanding with approvals and these people might well fit into a company that supported both products.
